When you can request a refund
Because each report is generated on-demand and delivered immediately, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund if:
- The report failed to generate due to a technical issue on our side.
- The report is clearly incomplete or defective.
- You were charged in error or charged more than once.
How to request a refund
Email support@beforeyoupay.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and a short description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
What is not eligible
Refunds are not available simply because the report's conclusions differ from your expectations. BeforeYouPay provides educational explanations, not professional advice.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
